SCOTT CONSTRUCTION now employs selected sub contractors to carry out our works, this has the effect of reducing our overhead which allows us to pass on the resulting savings to our clients. This arrangement does not effect any contractural rights enjoyed by our clients. (Please request a sample of our standard contract)

To monitor our works we now employ an 'in- house' Clerk of Works who will be responsible for Quality Control and customer satisfaction.

MONTGOMERY ATKINSON still retains directly employed tradesment to carry out damp proofing and timber preservation works.
